These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bay88 ("bay88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bay88 website located at https://bay88.bio, including all associated games, features, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Bay88 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements cannot be verified.

Each Player may hold only one (1) account on the bay88 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are prohibited and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of balances.

During registration and at any time thereafter, bay88 may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. This process requires you to submit valid, government-issued Philippine identification documents. Accepted documents include UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, and PRC ID.

You agree that all information provided during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant regulatory authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Bay88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Bay88 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as specified on the Cashier page of the Platform, which may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified payment methods registered under the same name as your bay88 account. Bay88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day for GCash and Maya for verified accounts.

Bay88 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending such verification.

Bay88 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount plus any associated deposit.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Bay88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any player found to be abusing the bay88 bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account suspended.

All games available on the bay88 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on bay88 use certified RNG technology independently tested for fairness. Live casino games are conducted using real physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and dice — with no virtual substitution.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, bay88 will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state and settle bets based on the available information. Bay88's decision in such matters is final. No bets are guaranteed against technical interruptions beyond bay88's reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bay88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any circumstances.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information to bay88 at any time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at bay88 staff or other players.

All content on the bay88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game artwork, software, text, graphics, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of bay88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or license to use bay88's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the bay88 Platform without the express written consent of bay88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bay88's aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bay88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed.

Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. Bay88 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of normal gameplay. Players are solely responsible for their gaming decisions and the financial consequences thereof.

Bay88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bay88 reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or unusual activity has been detected on the account.
• A request for self-exclusion has been received from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the action.

In cases of account termination for Terms violations, bay88 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Legitimate balances of accounts terminated for reasons other than Terms violations will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable time.

Bay88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the bay88 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Bay88 complies with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in its handling of all personal data collected from players.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising between you and bay88 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to bay88's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to bay88 support before pursuing any external remedies. Bay88 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
